As a Systems Administrator, you are responsible for the Configuration, Management, Maintenance, and Usability of technology within Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers. You will develop and implement processes and procedures for the administration and maintenance of all computer, server, and networking systems. and direct the executive team on the best processes and best practices in technology.

DEFINITION:*
Under immediate to general supervision:
- Will oversee computer, server, networking, email, cloud, and printing systems. Will oversee processes of technologies in the organization to ensure the delivery of outcomes that support the goals and mission of Lighthouse.
- Will participate in implementation decisions and processes of new technologies and processes.
This position is supervised by the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- Complete objectives and implement strategies for the IT department in response to an assessment of needs and Lighthouse strategic plans as directed by Leadership.
- Assist implementation of suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
- Assist with design and support of technological systems and platforms to improve employee and customer experience.
- Implementation of new systems and provide guidance to staff within the organization.
- Configure and maintain technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the organization to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Serves as a liaison and contact to IT vendors, contractors and service providers, i.e. The Computing Edge, Echo Vantage, etc.
- Employee must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
- Must meet “satisfactory” expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation, coaching and/or Performance Improvement Plans.
- Must complete Lighthouse required training and resulting follow up and consultation as required at hire, annually and as directed by Supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:*
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 2-5 years of previous experience as a Level II I.T. Technician or higher

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:*
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT management and infrastructure concepts.
- Broad knowledge and skills of technology operations, with the ability to demonstrate this thorough knowledge and understanding of current IT Administrative Design Best Practices, Security and Compliance Best Practices, and Active Directory and Azure AD Design.
- A working knowledge of computer technology and management procedures.
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning technology implementation.
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED – CRITICAL TASKS:
Infrastructure and Management:
- Configure, monitor, and support internal technologies within the agency. Create and maintain optimized Computer, Network, Server, Communication, and Data infrastructures, policies, and procedures.
- Conducts ongoing assessment and oversight of the proper management of all technology and daily service delivery.
- Ensures that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the company’s computing, data processing, and communications needs.
- Create, implement, and maintain processes and procedures for software systems following compliance and best practices: AV, Backup, Office 365, MDM, Adobe, PSA, RMM, Telephony, and Printing

Collaboration:*
- Collaborates as a member of the IT Department to develop direction for IT in the agency.
- Aligned with the agency’s IT strategic plan and working towards it.
- Develops a plan for personal professional development.
- Negotiates prioritization and timelines as appropriate and necessary.
- Supports sourcing and providing both IT staff and agency-wide IT related training opportunities.

Security/Compliance:*
- Work with Security Vendor (The Computing Edge) to assess and manage the risks associated with the use of information technology by identifying, assessing, and addressing potential risks to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of an organizational asset.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations.
- Maintain the integrity and strategic development of all Lighthouse information and communications infrastructure, and the systems infrastructure for mission critical functions.
- Ensures the security of technology systems and ensures operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

Liaison:*
- Serves as a contact for all IT vendors, contracts and service providers, i.e. The Computing Edge, Echo Vantage, OneNet (ISP), etc.
- Cultivates and manages strategic relationships with both internal and external constituents.
- Manages a system for managing employee IT concerns and problems.
- Assists as top-level contact for end users in determining information system requirements and/or solutions.
Other:
- Performs other related work as required.
