Here at Goddard:
- We promise to maintain ratios and help you feel supported in your classroom.
- We promise to make sure you have the resources to make your classroom a success and will have access to our Directors, On-Site Owner, and Mentor Teachers for support.
- You will receive paid personal time off – 5 per year in your first year, 10 after three years, and 15 after five years.
- You will receive paid holiday time when a holiday falls during the work week.
- We are a 5 star Step Up to Quality School and always welcome visits from our state licensing representative.
- We are supported by The Goddard School’s Quality Assurance Program, ensuring our program goes above and beyond in our Health and Safety standards.
- We have a record of experience, serving the Concord Township community for over 18 years.
- We have an active and knowledgeable on-site Owner who has her Ph.D in Early Childhood Curriculum and is able to provide training and support to teachers to grow their practice
- Our Directors are capable and passionate leaders who are here to support and guide teachers.
- Half of our current faculty have been with us for 15 or more years.
