The Oleta River Outdoor Center part of BG Signature, is looking for a Tours Coordinator to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. We are located on 3400 NE 163rd St. North Miami Beach.

Responsibilities

*Communicate effectively via email with prospective customers. *Know how to provide excellent customer service. *Be able to lead tours as a tour guide. *Needs to coordinate and carry out employee appreciation and holiday events *Create and maintain all checklists for all of our tours *Bring creativity and critical thinking to make our company better *Work on/Create new projects that you would like to be added to the tours department *Carry out training for all new and existing tour guides *Keep track of all upcoming tours and schedule tour guide employees accordingly *Schedule CPR/First Aid classes and stay up to date with employee certifications *Paddle Board for beginners class *Make sure all guide gear is always put away properly and maintained organization *This guest service position will handle all types of payment while selling the different tours offered at Oleta River Outdoors *Willing to follow instructions & take direction *Can complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality *Greet all guests promptly at scheduled tour times *Clearly and articulately provide information to guests in an engaging manner *Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our facility and related topics *Remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic at all times

Qualifications

*Must be able to carry out basic cashiering tasks. *Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds. *Must have excellent organizational skills *Typing, computer proficiency, and excellent guest service skills are required *Ability to work well under pressure *Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision) *Understands principles of proper sanitation *Exhibits a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our guests and fellow crew members *Should have cash handling capabilities and be able to count back proper change

**Bilingual applicants are preferred but not required

**AA or AS preferred

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $17.00/hour.
