We are a family-owned and operated senior relocation and estate sale liquidation company looking for high quality team members in Sugar Land, TX and surrounding areas. We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. This position is part-time and/or on an as needed basis with potential for promotion in to a team lead role after training and experience.
Knowledge of antiques, collectibles, outdoor items, tools and/or household goods and experience with packing and organizing is a plus. Candidates must be able to lift 30 pounds, be on your feet for the majority of the day and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Job description (including, but not limited to):
- Sort, organize and pack household goods for liquidation
- Perform research on merchandise to determine the fair market value
- Safely pack and unpack goods
- Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
- Staging & preparing homes for sale
- Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers
- Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home
- Help manage estate sales
- Be fully bonded and insured, including workers’ comp
- And more, no 2 days are alike!
Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation
- Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
- Access to a computer or smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps
Availability/Hours/Pay Rate
