Commercial Pesticide Applicators - Arlington National Cemetery
Greenleaf Services, Inc. has immediate openings for full-time Pesticide Applicators at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. The pesticide applicators will work directly with our grounds maintenance crew on approximately 640 acres at Arlington National Cemetery. Responsible for the chemical applications, turf renovations, hydro-seeding, irrigation and core aeration services. The ideal candidate will process a strong attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritize work schedules to meet deadlines and company goals. Must be experienced working in a large commercial setting.
Salary based on the experience of the licensed candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The pesticide applicators are responsible for turf application tasks, which includes pesticide applications, irrigation, fertilizations, hydro seeding and mulching, core aeration and turf renovations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current State of Virginia or DOD commercial pesticide applicator certification required.
- 3 year pesticide application experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bi-Lingual –Spanish a plus.
