What you'll do:
- Partners with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to align on a shared vision for Information System Security solutions.
- Enables business value by partnering with multiple security engineering teams to develop project/release plans and drive project delivery.
- Collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Information Security solutions.
- Facilitates change management within the organization as it relates to overall project and program delivery.
- Works with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to ensure project scope and delivery schedules are clearly defined for medium to large highly-complex projects to enable successful delivery w/o little to no oversight
- Effectively work with project team to estimate Level of Effort, risk and mitigation plans and uses data to drive prioritization
- Creates and represents project expenditure needs/forecasts for future projects as well as monitors spend and priorities for current project
What you'll bring:
- Experience leading IT initiatives across various project management methodologies
- Experience in creating and improving Project Management methods and standards
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and experience in managing Cyber Security projects is a plus
- Knowledge of and experience in managing full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) projects is a plus
