GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for a full-time bilingual warehouse associate. One who is talented, hard-working and possesses leadership abilities. The warehouse associate will participate and be crossed-trained in various areas of the warehouse operations to include, picking & packing orders, processing returns, inventory control, stock put-away and cycle counting.

Primary hours are M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30PM.

Ability to work overtime as needed which may include weekends.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Pick and Pack customer orders

· Use computer to fulfill orders and generate shipping documents

· Read customer orders and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered and/or shipped

· Process customer returns

· Assist shipping and receiving in unloading trucks, check in merchandise.

· Receive and store inventory

· Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counting

· Ensure products meet established quality requirements

· Ability to identify, sort and place material or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence of size, type color, or product code

· Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

· Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse

· Assist with keeping work areas and warehouse clean and free of debris

· Adhere to safety, quality, and fulfillment procedures

· Follow, take direction and carry out assigned tasks as requested by supervisor ore management

· Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Experience:

· Bilingual Spanish/English (required)

· Prior experience in warehouse operations – (1 to 2 years)

· Experience with ShipStation or other computerized shipping systems helpful

· Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds

· Ability to push utility carts up to 75 pounds

This role is subject to working in a warehouse environment where temperatures and humidity varies based on local weather conditions.
