Kalahari Development is a division of Kalahari Resorts & Conventions which acts as an internal construction management firm. The Development team is responsible for taking project ideas from the Executive team and managing them through the entire design & construction process.This includes new site development and ground-up construction projects as well as remodeling projects and large-scale facilities maintenance projects.

We are inviting you to apply for our Warehouse Receiving Associate position. In this position, you would provide responsive, safe, efficient, and organized purchasing and delivery service to all food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and other Kalahari venues.

We do require a background consisting ofGeneral food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of BOH operations within a hotel/resort is preferred.Prior inventory/receiving clerk and/or food & beverage experience.

With this position some physical requirements may entail:

• Must be able to frequently communicate and develop rapport with guests and associates and have a working relationship with the resort management team.
• Constantly required to stand and walk, reach and grasp.
• Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Must be able to frequently climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Special vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
