- Ensuring delivery of a quality product and to manage warranty issues when they arise. This includes working directly with customers, homeowners, our sales team, operations, and credit department to resolve issues effectively and timely
- Managing the quality control team at your facility to determine the root cause of complaints and implement corrective actions will also be very important
- Supervising a team of 2-3 service technicians, and 3-4 quality control inspectors
- Working with Quality Manager to develop quality solutions
- Receiving, evaluating, logging, and recording all data associated with all incoming service requests
- Entering and processing return goods for disposition and return credits
- Completing field services during peak season

Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience preferred
