Our organization is currently expanding and we are looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Program Leader (Teacher) to help us lead a variety of program activities and to provide a positive and academically enriching after-school experience for our K-5th grade students. As a Club K Program Leader, you will work to create a classroom environment where children can THRIVE. You will organize and lead daily activities that are both educational and exciting.

Schedule - Part time position, Monday-Friday afternoons, average 18-25 hours per week.

Location - This position would work in one of our West Linn-Wilsonville School District locations.

Compensation - Starting hourly pay rate of $16.85-$17.40 DOE and level of education (increased hourly pay is available for qualified teacher applicants)

Qualifications:

Teachers must have ONE of the following -

• Experience teaching school age children (K-5th)
• Experience working or volunteering in a licensed childcare facility
• Completed teacher-qualifying certification(s) + trainings
• Any degree in the education field or 2 years of college level courses
• An equivalent combination of childcare job experience and education

Qualifications needed before start date:

Club K will provide guidance on where and how to meet the following requirements -

• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Food Handler’s Certification
• Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry (CBR)
