Young Toddler Teacher Job at LLESA Children's Center

**The ECE/Young Toddler Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing the developmental program goals of the center using a team approach, supervising the activities of the children, and maintaining strong and professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues. This role works in the 2-year-olds classroom.
Duties include:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental play-based emergent curriculum
- Supervise and provide guidance to children during daily activities
- Work well within a teaching team
- Build positive, professional relationships with families
- Attend and participate in regular meetings, professional development, and conferences
Qualifications:
- 24-semester units in Early Childhood Education - may also consider 12 units and enrolled based on experience.
- Infant Development course required for Infant/Toddler positions
- AA or BA degree preferred
- Direct teaching experience with young children in a childcare center setting
- Must be up-to-date with Covid vaccines
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:
- Pediatric First Aid/CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Early Childhood Development Certificate (Preferred)
Pay: $19 to $ 30/hr
