You will provide leadership that results in raving customer experiences. Responsible i9 Sports InstructorsAre the implementation of initiatives, assisting with coaching and providing skill instruction, executing processes and routines, upholding i9 Sports brand standards, driving exceptional culture at the field/court with coaches/parents. Ideal i9 Sports InstructorWill not only be an expert on their sport, but will be a culture cultivator, an impartial on-field/court coach, and an advocate for your programs. When your Coaches are out having fun, so will the parents and players. i9 Sports CultureWhether the parent, player or coach is new to youth sports or has experience with other organizations, it is important to set expectations for the i9 Sports Experience by sport and age. Youth Sports Ambassador Helping Coaches and Parents know the culture by giving them a clear picture of the program format and operations. - Lead Practice Sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Lead Multi-Sport Clinics teaching core concepts with the focus on that sport.
- Supervise the overall operation of designated sport and Field/Court on Gameday
