Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills

Our prestigious childcare center is looking for a Center Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, create a positive indoor and outdoor play environment and facilitate nurturing interactions between staff and children. Responsibilities include monitoring daily activities and programs, ensuring all child safety regulations are met, general administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, record keeping and liaising with parents. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of child care experience as well as previous management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a child and youth center.
• Assist youth in personal development.
• Focus on the emotional and social growth of youths.
• Respond to youths with problems or behavior issues.
• Communicate with parents or guardians of youths.
• Identify problems and offer solutions for staff and youth.
• Provide support for youth in need.
