Associate Landscape/Garden Account Manager

The Associate Landscape/Garden Account Manager works closely with the Senior Garden Manager to provide excellent landscape maintenance service to our customers. This role is responsible for preparing estimates, plant sourcing, crew scheduling and communicating with clients, field staff and LPL management team. The Associate Landscape/Garden Account Manager will work in collaboration with other team members on garden design and maintenance, irrigation systems, large landscape projects, updating client files/notes and managing the horticulture schedule.
Primary Duties:
- Customer Service - Delight our customers with creative options to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Enhancements - Assist with design, estimates and procure plants and materials for landscape projects.
- Maintenance Team Support - Safety, Training, Support and Collaboration with our crews. Update client files, work on irrigation schedules and communicate with clients, crews and leadership team.

Experience / Qualifications:
- 2 years experience working in the landscape industry.
- 4 Year college degree, preferably in design/ environmental sciences / horticulture.
Preferred:
- 1 Year design experience using CAD, Adobe Illustrator or other design programs.
- Horticulture knowledge and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
