Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic and operational management and development of human capital ensuring a strategically focused and fiscally responsible approach to providing the highest quality of service and effective, efficient and compliant operations through supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources
- Provide strategic leadership to the Vice President of Communications & PR Department to ensure congruence with agency-wide goals and objectives. Although not through direct supervision, the position will also ensure there is regular coordination of external communication between all service lines of SpiriTrust Lutheran.
- Facilitate coordinated communication of Agency Brand between all levels of leadership.
- Provide strategic leadership of the Philanthropy department through supervision of the Vice President of Philanthropy to ensure that operational and philanthropic goals are congruent.
- Ensure strict adherence to the agencies Corporate Compliance Program.
- Diligently works to ensure that the Core Values, Mission Statement and Vision Statement of SpiriTrust Lutheran are reflected in the work of the Agency.
