Fulfillment Associate Job at Custom Stickers
We are looking for dedicated fulfillment crew members who can meet and exceed the standards we expect at Custom Stickers. We need consistent, hardworking individuals who can lead and contribute to a team and follow designated processes while finding ways to innovate and improve them.
Fulfillment Crew Responsibilities:
- Accurately pop, pack, and ship customer orders
- Ensure each customer's order is correct and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Assess the Quality of each order
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of office
- Collaborate with printing team to reprint stickers
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any shipping issues
- Ensure orders are shipped out on time to correct carrier
- Lead and Delegate tasks to other crew members when applicable
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
