We are looking to add a Groundskeeper to the team at our Chelsea Park West community located in Traverse City, MI.
SUMMARY: Responsible for the general upkeep/maintenance of the property and buildings of a community.
Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect grounds daily and report service needs to Maintenance Supervisor & Community Manager
- Trash pickup daily
- Gardening and weeding duties
- Pressure washing
- Light painting
- Assure safety standards are upheld
- Making sure property looks its best daily
- Offer ideas for improving the physical property
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with any other tasks requested
- Offers ideas for improving the physical property and appearance
- Assists Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with any other tasks requested
- Projects a professional, positive, and friendly environment at all times
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.(on-call issues)

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver License
- Basic computer skills, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
