ROC has been a top 3 team in Albuquerque, NM for the past several years. We’re expanding into select new markets such as Phoenix and Denver which are primed for growth to replicate our success. This role is located in Albuquerque, NM.

This role's primary responsibility is to facilitate the company's new leads as well as identify lead opportunities in the company's CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact new leads that have not been claimed in the initial 10 minute agent opportunity window
  • Set listing appointments for potential seller leads
  • Set showing appointments for buyers looking to move within 1-3 months
  • Set buyer/seller consultation calls when lead is 3-6 months out
  • Work in collaboration with remote ISA to ensure every lead is followed up with through the allocated auto plan
  • Run filters in Brivity to identify potential leads (Web site activity, market reports views, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for working 5 out of the 7 day week. The schedule may be adjusted depending on lead flow and optimal coverage times.
  • Maintain productive & professional relationships with ROC agents
  • Participate in any PLACE sponsored training or event related to lead generation in an effort to maximize all available tools & resources

Top Priorities

1. Set and facilitate as many quality buyer/seller appointments as possible

2. Maintain a speed to lead of 10 minutes

3. Identify and ensure all potential hot leads are contacted and followed up with

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed salary of $25,000 annually

Bonus Opportunity (Metrics are based monthly on phone consultations):

  • 30 completed (Agent was able to get in contact with lead) consultation calls = $150 bonus
  • 50 completed (Agent was able to get in contact with lead) consultation calls = An additional $100 in conjunction with the original $150 bonus, Total bonus $250

In Person Appointments

  • 30 in person completed (Agent met with Client) Appointments = $750
  • 45 in person completed (Agent met with Client) Appointments = An additional $250 in conjunction with the original $750 bonus, Total bonus $1000
