Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This role will be responsible for performing monthly reporting, analytics, and management decision support for our Fintech Banking business units. The Junior Finance Business Partner will work closely with accounting, the consolidation FP&A team and business stakeholders to analyze financial data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support monthly reporting and budgeting/forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and support decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Fintech Banking business units/stakeholders
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

Salary range- $80,000.00-95,000.00
