SUMMARY OF ROLE:

Supports Company operations by performing all tasks at the customers home/work site as determined in the scope of work, which includes our barrier spray service. These duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely, professionally and in a timely manner to meet our customer expectations and provide excellent customer service. Our season runs from Early May to Mid September.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:

• Communicates with Homeowner/Client upon arrival at work site, to briefly explain/confirm the scope of work to be performed and estimated length of time to complete tasks.
• Properly use the equipment to apply treatment according to schedule, client needs, safety and best practice procedures.
• Clean and perform maintenance on all Company tools and equipment used daily on work sites according to equipment manual.
• Operate company vehicle in a safe manner, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. Notify management of any vehicle accidents, malfunctions or damages.
• Prepares and correctly completes any work order documents, forms or reports.
• Accomplishes organization goals by following required best practices. Promptly informs Operations Manager or Franchise Owner concerning injury, issues/disputes with homeowner/Client, damage to company tools/equipment.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School degree or equivalent and/or
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service related industry.
• Minimum 15 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and other pre-employment screening.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift & carry a 55 lb. backpack blower over wooded and uneven terrain.
• Frequently move the whole body to perform tasks such as, lifting, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling the handling of materials.
• Stand or walk for periods of time.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch in awkward positions.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
