NaturaLawn needs several full time lawn care technicians to manage a route of customers and complete lawn care treatments.

Compensation:

$15 hourly + production bonus+ time-and-a-half for overtime + sales commission

Potential to make $40,000 and well beyond, plus paid vacation, retirement matching, health benefits, work 4 days a week in the winter and get paid for 5.

Technician Responsibilities:

Provide lawn care treatments using a ride on or walk behind machine, which includes fertilization, spraying weeds and monitoring for problems in the lawn and treating as needed.

Clean road, driveway, sidewalks, or patios that have product on them from the treatment process.

Clean out truck and machines, and load product at the end of the day to make sure they are ready for the next day’s work.

Drive company truck and trailer

Required Skills/Abilities:

Valid Driver’s license

Walking, standing, bending, reaching, and twisting.

Able to lift 50 – 75 pounds.

Zero-turn experience is a plus

Repetitive use of hands.

Other duties as assigned.

Adhere to/follow NaturaLawn of America’s safety procedures

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.

Our crews mainly work either alone or in pairs and you will not need to enter anyone's homes. You are able to keep your distance from all customers by working outside and only knocking to let them know you are on their property.
