Company Summary:
Hendrix Country Home is a Residential Treatment Center that exclusively provides treatment services for children with emotional disorders, aged 14-17. Our center services 10 female residents and is located on one acre, off a quiet country road in Rosenberg. The facility is newly renovated and features two new offices with a therapy room. An Executive Director will also be employed by the facility and will provide immense daily support to the LCCA and to the facility.
Job Responsibilities:
· Operate the facility at a high level according to Hendrix Country Home Policies and Procedures and DFPS minimum standards
· Oversee staff hiring, training, and daily management to ensure the supervision and the provision of childcare services that meet the needs of children in care
· Ensure the provision of planned but flexible program activities designed to meet the developmental needs of children
· Promptly and correctly complete all reports, data collection, and documentation required by licensing regulations and Agency policies
Minimum, Requirements:
· LCCA License
· At least 21 years of age
· Prior experience preferred, but not required
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Valid Driver’s License
· Pass federal background check and drug test
· TB Test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
