FTCC Office Manager Job Description
As part of the management team, under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and Comptroller, the Office Manager assists and supports Directors and employees regarding personnel issues and works in a specialized and confidential nature. This person must interpret and understand both Agency policy and US Federal employment regulations and State labor law guidelines to monitor payroll processing in compliance with the law.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supports Executive Director
- Maintains Employee and Policies and Procedures Files
- Benefits Administration (Medical, Workers Compensation, Training, Disability)
- Handles adjustments and time entry review for employee classifications
- Has a role in the processing/reviewing of bi-weekly payroll
- Partners with Payroll Company to electronically process payroll, payroll taxes and direct deposit
- Responsible for ordering of supplies
- Inventory and fixed assets tagging
- Assist with computer and telephone issues
- Retirement Plan (403B) Monitoring
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully use Microsoft Office software including excel and work.
- Demonstrated experience to successfully provide quality customer service.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 annually.
