Icebug USA is looking for an Operations Specialist. This role monitors day-to-day operations and analyzes business procedures, identifying opportunities for business improvement, tracking metrics and activities, suggesting strategies for operations efficiency, and managing customer satisfaction.
Icebug’s Operations Specialist is the liaison between our internal teams and our external partners such as transportation and retail partners, software providers, and works especially closely with our third-party logistics center. This role is responsible for optimizing workflow throughout all departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees order flow, inventory management, and maintenance of an organizational supply chain
- Coordinates reporting, processing of EDI, and other data entry tasks to assure data integrity and accuracy
- Ensures maintenance of contracts, legalities, and insurances
- Maintains SOPs and helps with the onboarding process
- Collaborates with different teams to achieve optimal work production and proposes solutions for positive change and growth
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision yet collaborate well as a part in a cross-cultural team
- Proven time-management, organization, and decision-making skills to meet customers' and business partners’ needs and support the business' objectives
- Overall strong computer literacy and an ability to quickly master a variety of software programs, including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and familiarity with programs such as Quickbooks, B2B, B2C, and WMS software
This is a full-time, remote position that works with Icebug’s USA team in Bellingham, WA, Headquarters’ team in greater Gothenburg, Sweden, as well as Icebug’s US 3PL in Brooklyn Park, MN.
