Summary of Order Verification Specialist Position
The Order Verification Specialist?s primary function is to gather correct job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with our homeowner customers. This position also performs installation recovery work to complete jobs to customer satisfaction.

Order Verification Specialist Responsibilities
- Measure windows and doors after the sale to ensure accuracy for the order
- Review job details to ensure all needed materials are included
- Complete small tasks of installed jobs to get jobs completed that may consist of installing interior trim, re-caulking exteriors, and changing out broken parts
- Inspect jobs that have been installed and document any issues
- Responsible for setting realistic expectations with the homeowner of what they can expect from the Pella Installation Process.
