People Operations Team Member Summary:

The People Operations team champions Tenstreet's vibrant culture. They aim to approach individuals on the team holistically rather than a cog or resource in a machine. This person will be an instrumental team member that will support our People Operations and Recruitment effort as an organization.

As a People Operations Team Member you will be responsible for:

• Work with the People Ops team to coordinating the onboarding of the Tenstreet team from the first day to the end of their first year.
• Coordinate with the People Ops coordinator and Recruiter responsible for navigating a successful pre-hire and post hire experience.
• Work with the Director of People Ops in the coordination, scheduling and communication of various training and strategic experiences to effectively support new team members as they acclimate to Tenstreet's culture and practices as well as long term Tenstreeters in learning and development.
• Coordinate new People Ops initiatives that fit with your abilities and emerging potential.
• Partner with the People Ops Recruiting team to source and recruit remarkable new team members including leading searches.
• Field day-to-day benefits questions and work with our internal team and third parties to find resolution to team member questions.
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process, and including reference checks.
• Communicating effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
• Act as a liaison with Team members and various parts of Team Member Engagement/Experience and Employee Relations functions as well as other ways to provide Tenstreeters with a great employee experience.
• Other People Ops related tasks.
