A qualified AGM candidate will be a role model who is passionate, hands on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards. The ideal candidate will possess an owner mentality when operating the business, a strong level of financial acumen, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements:

• Have 2-3 years of previous AGM experience in a chef driven, contemporary fast casual environment- bar experience a plus!
• Focus on the details including food quality and safety, restaurant cleanliness, hospitality standards and team member training and development
• Fix problems quickly and have a knack for turning a challenging situation into a positive outcome
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Have a basic understanding of COGs, budgeting and forecasting and drilling down on opportunity areas on the P&L
• Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
• Have a flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are required
