Psychotherapist - Contractor Job at River Ridge Recovery
River Ridge Recovery is seeking a Mental Health Psychotherapist (contracted position)-positions located at our outpatient center in Eagan or in Plymouth .
Join the River Ridge Recovery team in providing comprehensive client care in the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in a trauma and gender responsive client empowered setting!
The role of the Psychotherapist is to provide individual, family, and group therapy in a MI/CD treatment setting, to improve the quality of individual lives, strengthen family functioning, and enhance community supports for the clients we serve.
Hours: Monday-Friday (20 or more hours per week) YOU CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE!
Pay range - $56.00 - $84.00 per billed hour
What this position offers you:
A contractor has the ability to make a revenue percentage based off of billed hours. It allows for flexibility in scheduling and personal financial goals. Revenues collected are based on fee schedules regulated by insurance contracts with the agency. You will always know what has been billed, collected and remaining on claims associated with individual clients.
An administrative team who will handle all scheduling of initial appointments, verifying benefits, collecting co-pays, billing and credentialing.
An office space with furniture
Computer equipment, electronic record systems and support
A dedicated treatment team centered around collaborative efforts in order to provide the best experience for all individuals served
Flexibility in scheduling
Telehealth available, determined by client needs
This position requires:
Minimum of a Master’s degree and completed practicum in the mental health field
Must be working towards licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP
Must be able to pass a Department of Human Services background study
Must be free from chemical use problems for at least two years immediately preceding the date of hire
River Ridge Recovery offers:
One hour of clinical supervision towards licensure per week. Group supervision is conducted in a manner to help employees prepare for the national examination.
Structured clinical training in co-occurring disorders, DBT, EMDR, trauma responsive care and systemic therapies
