Tierney Real Estate Group is hiring a Client Service/Project Manager who will work closely with our Lead Listing Agent on all aspects of our client service activities. This person must be very organized and able to manage many projects and details simultaneously, be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and proactively take ownership over daily tasks. This is an in-person position in our El Dorado Hills office. Off-site visits to our clients’ homes will be regularly required.
A sampling of job duties will include:
· Assist in preparing our listings for the market: tour the home with the Listing Agent, and coordinate necessary vendors such as stager, landscaper, painter, carpet cleaners etc.
· Manage pre-sale inspections, review inspection reports, coordinate repairs with vendors and sellers, and track all repairs completed
· Prepare seller disclosure packages and upload completed documents to our internal systems
· Transaction management support for our Buyers' Agent and buyer clients
· Manage photography schedule, ensure home is prepped for shoot, and occasionally attend photo shoots (may include some evenings)
· Manage input of all property data into MLS
· Coordinate showing requests once the property is on the market
· Be engaged with our Transaction Coordinator and Listing Agent on all escrows, to make sure sellers are kept up to speed on the status of the escrow
· Coordinate client gifts & other touch point activities
Prior experience in real estate, having a real estate license, or experience in real estate Transaction Coordination would be a plus but are not required. We will train the right person. Most importantly, the successful candidate must be the type of person who thrives on providing valuable support to others, while having the skillset, confidence and personality type to communicate effectively – in person, on the phone, and electronically – with our team, our clients, other agents, and vendors. Ultimately, the purpose of this role is to be the right hand person to our Lead Listing Agent, providing comprehensive support so that she can focus on her primary role of signing new business and negotiating contracts.
Salary negotiable DOE.
