Role and Responsibilities

Novadoz Pharmaceuticals, a rapidly growing & vertically integrated generic pharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced customer service professional. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Associate will provide to daily operations of the Sales Operations, including Pricing and Contracts, Customer Service and Financial Operations. Novadoz, with an office in Piscataway NJ, is the sales & marketing affiliate for MSN Labs’ portfolio of U.S based generic & specialty finished dosage forms. MSN Labs, the parent company of Novadoz, based in Hyderabad, India, is the worldwide leader in the development and production of API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) with manufacturing facilities and offices located throughout sixty-five markets throughout the world.

• The qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting the pricing and contracts team completing RFP/RFI documents, customer letters and ensuring the timely response to opportunities and tracking.
• Tasked with maintaining the integrity of data in SAP/Vistex including timely updates and communication to appropriate stakesholders. Responsible for responding to internal and external inquiries related to both direct and indirect pricing.
• This detail-oriented individual will support the customer service team to ensure all daily orders are received, confirmed, and processed for on-time delivery through a collaboration with internal stakeholders which may also include our third-party supply chain provider support staff.
• Tasked, as back up, to handle our customer service phone number to receive and answer all in bound calls and respond to customer request in work que.
• Support financial operations with researching claims and deductions.
• Tasked to complete reporting for customers, including but not limited to back up admin fee and rebate back up documents. Providing sales reporting to sales team as requested.
• Providing support to other associates and colleagues as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Preferably a four-year degree from an accredited college/university or comparable work experience

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry required - generic pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking abilities; enterprising and resourceful, self-starter and team player
• Strong communication, organization and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/issues simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment; proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change

· Experience with SAP is required

· Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

· Technology friendly

· A self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work independently is highly desirable

Additional Notes

· U.S citizenship, or permanent authorization to work in the U.S is mandatory.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
