We are looking for a skilled Site Superintendent to join our team, who is interested in helping to lead subcontractors and team members to provide excellent customer service to our clients and partners, while managing all onsite field operations and activities for the project. The Site Superintendent will assist with leadership of construction projects through effective management of budgets, schedules, communication, and work performance to ensure that goals of the projects are met.

What you will be doing:
- Oversee the management of all company, project specific, Federal and State safety regulations.
- Manage and provide mentorship for all Great Falls foreman, field staff and labor.
- Develop a clear understanding of project scope by thoroughly reviewing plans, documents, and estimates with the ability to proactively make recommendations for changes and facilitate their solutions.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with all internal team members on project goals, budget and scheduling.
- Create and manage overall and three week look ahead project schedule, by coordinating effectively with subcontractors to ensure that timelines for the project are met.
- Prepare work plans and ensure that all required materials, equipment and inspections occur to support the project schedules.
- Ability to independently anticipate, identify, promptly address, and resolve issues that impact performance, schedules, financials, or timing of project delivery.
- Conduct and/or participate in on site meetings involving internal staff, subcontractors, and external stake holders such as owners, subcontractors, etc.
- Generate RFI’s (Request for Information) as required to ensure completeness of the project documents and identifying and clarifying any discrepancies.
- Review submittals for compliance with project manual and plans, manufacturer’s recommendations and code, or other standards applicable to the system.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers including pricing and negotiating change orders.
- Develop long-term collaborative relationships and communications with clients, customers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, co-workers, etc.
- Ensures all assigned tasks are completed on a regular basis and that all company policies and regulations are enforced.
What you will need to succeed:
- Two to four years of Site Superintendent and/or supervisory experience is preferred
- Demonstrate deep understanding of commercial and residential construction
- Have a bias toward action and an impatience towards those that lack focus and/or the ability to get results
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and construction management software (Procore preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of job costing reporting, billing, and payable procedures
- Goal oriented and can react quickly to challenging circumstances to achieve the desired result
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills, while being authentic and going above and beyond what is asked of you
