Principal Purpose of Position:
Responsible for high volume of data entry and/or mailing of documents required to complete or sustain the licensing process. These documents include but are not limited to: MSO, titles, plates.
Organize and sort work in preparation for data entry
Catalogue and identify documents
Performs accurate and timely entry of data to achieve goals
Support various data entry processes across the Supply Chain department
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required
Must have a functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Relevant Work Experience:
Entry level workload will be assigned.
Knowledge of DMV regulations and/or Supply Chain processes helpful; but not necessary
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.
Attention to detail with focus on volume and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; applies limited judgement and discretion
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
Communicating & Influencing Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Responds to standard requests from internal and/or external customers
Works independently or with others within own area or department to achieve team goals
Must have the ability to communication effectively with all levels of employees and customers.
