The Information Desk Clerk responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients, visitors and guests
  • Answering requests for patient information from telephone callers and walk in visitors
  • Directing them to their proper destination
  • Serving as point of contact for vendors to make appropriate referrals
  • Identifying and badging visitors and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience is 1 year Customer Service or 1 year BayCare Volunteer.
